We are making it easier for patients to get in touch
From the 5th of June, you will be able to submit all medical and admin requests through our website, as well as by calling or coming into the practice. This will include appointment requests, prescriptions, test results, fit notes, referral queries and more.
All requests for appointments with a doctor will now be reviewed by one of our GPs, who will either book you an appointment with a member of our team or signpost you to the most appropriate service for your needs.
This ensures that all patients have equal access to our services, whether you use our online form, call the practice or visit us, and receive the right care at the right time with the right team.
We encourage everyone who can make an online appointment request via our website to do so, ensuring our phone lines remain available for those who need them. Those unable to use our website can continue to call us at 01403 246860 or visit the practice in person.
