Non-urgent advice: Help us help you – avoid non-urgent requests on Mondays
Mondays are our busiest day for urgent, same-day medical needs, as many issues arise over the weekend that require prompt attention.
To help us prioritise patients who need on-the-day care, we kindly ask that routine requests, such as prescriptions, ongoing or recurrent issues, and general enquiries, are made on other weekdays whenever possible.
